1. A BRIEF INTRODUCTION, WHAT IS YOUR ROLE AND HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN IN THIS ROLE AT RGPBALLS?
“I am proud to have been part of the RGPBALLS team for 15 years, as I started with the company in November 2008.
My job focuses on administration and human resources management, two areas that require attention and precision.
Over these years, I have had the opportunity to see the company grow and evolve, while adapting to the challenges of the market as well as maintaining the high quality of our services.”
2. HOW IS COST PLANNING AND CONTROL IN INDUSTRIAL SPHERE PRODUCTION MANAGED WITHIN THE COMPANY?
“Efficient cost management is crucial to the success of our industrial sphere production.
One of the main costs has to do with the purchase of spheres and importation. The purchasing department plays a critical role in this process, by constantly monitoring the raw material market to optimise purchases.
In addition, before proceeding with orders, we check inventories and purchase only what is strictly necessary, taking import times into account to avoid delays in deliveries to customers.
This strategy allows us to manage costs optimally, while ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.“
3. WHAT IS THE ROLE OF ACCOUNTING IN THE OPTIMISATION OF PRODUCTION PROCESSES RELATED TO INDUSTRIAL SPHERES?
“Accounting analysis is vital for the optimisation of production processes.
With an accurate monthly evaluation of the stock value, we are capable of monitoring the percentage of purchases in terms of the percentage of turnover.
This enables us to identify areas needing improvement, optimise the use of resources and reduce waste, thus contributing significantly to the overall efficiency of production.”
4. CONSIDERING THE LATEST TECHNOLOGY AVAILABLE, HOW IS THE ADMINISTRATION AND ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT ADAPTING IN ORDER TO REMAIN COMPETITIVE IN THE FIELD OF INDUSTRIAL SPHERE PRODUCTION?
“Since July 2018, we have implemented a new management system to track the entire business chain more effectively.
We also use other software systems to support financial management, the purchasing department when it comes to scheduling orders, and the sales department when it comes to business strategies.
We have also invested in subscriptions to specialised websites to monitor raw material cost trends and remain competitive in the market.
Finally, in order to reduce the impact of rising electricity costs, we installed photovoltaic panels, a move that helped mitigate the impact of the recent energy crisis.”
