Starting with a focus on logistics and order entry, I gradually took on greater responsibilities.
Today, my main activity is the management of customer inquiries, which requires in-depth knowledge of the Italian market and its specific needs.
My many years of experience have enabled me to develop key skills in understanding and meeting customers‘ expectations for industrial balls.”

‘Over the last 13 years, RGP BALLS’ commercial approach has transformed radically.
Digitalisation in the production of industrial balls has led to a significant change in the way customers approach purchasing: they are much more informed and have precise expectations.
This has led to a greater focus on interpreting and responding to their requests, which are often detailed and targeted.
The role of the sales manager has therefore evolved from a simple supplier of products to an expert consultant, capable of guiding the customer through an increasingly wide and technologically advanced range of products
3. WHAT ARE CURRENTLY THE GREATEST CHALLENGES AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR SALES IN ITALY?
‘The challenges in the current Italian market are certainly multiple and complex.
One of the main ones is to maintain competitiveness in the context of a global market, focusing on high quality Made in Italy products.
This implies not only the adoption of innovative production strategies, but also the exploration of new markets and product niches.
It is also important to stay up-to-date on market trends and consumer needs, in order to be able to offer tailor-made and value-added solutions.’
